Orders
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders made before 12PM EST will usually ship same day.
If any items on your order are unavailable in their selected options, we will react based upon your substitution preferences. If you select that you prefer to be contacted we will contact you by email and/or phone with the closest available options. If you select that substitutions are OK, we will ship the item that best meets your substitution preferences.
International orders may be subject to additional fees: taxes, customs, VAT, import fees, airport fees and/or customs brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for rates.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on any new, un-used merchandise. If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please Contact Us to be issued an RMA number.
